About Her
I’m a cheerful, outgoing person with a passion for adventure and exploring new places. Traveling is one of my great joys, especially around the USA and Europe. My interests are wide and varied, from reading and quizzing to playing Mahjong and gardening. Staying active is important to me—I enjoy Pilates and am part of countryside walking groups.
I’m also a lover of the arts, whether it’s the grace of ballet or the energy of a live concert. My taste in music spans from pop hits to timeless classical pieces. I’ve been a proud member of the National Trust for years and find immense joy in exploring historic houses, beautiful gardens, and charming old buildings. While I’m not religious, I respect faith and enjoy visiting churches and museums.
My late husband was in the REME, and we spent many wonderful years traveling across Europe, first in a caravan and then a motorhome, often for months at a time. We were also avid skiers, cruisers, ballroom dancers, and great walkers. I have two children, and though I don’t have grandchildren, I cherish the close relationships I have with them.
